    Yes, Lili made all the painting on site by herself, She has never made watercolor painting from photo or copied any other one's work.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    No, we ship US continent for free. Once you have selected which are the paintings you would like to purchase, your order will be shipped to your mailing address via USPS or UPS. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming delivery. We will pack the paintings ordered for maximum safety in shipping.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Most paintings are shipped by USPS or UPS within 48 hours of receipt of your order (Monday thru Friday). Once the order leaves our location, ground shipping or air mail delivery time from Artist to your address usually ranges from 1-2 weeks.
  • What precautions are taken to ship the paintings safely to customers?
    You can rest assured that your painting will arrive safely. Not only do we independently insure every work of art we ship, we pack each piece by hand with ample protective measures. It is packed using styrofoam inserts and bubble wrap.

    Yes, to hold a painting please e-mail us at liliwatercolor@gmail.com and tell us which is the painting you would like to hold for a future order.
  • Are the paintings framed?
    Usually we ship the paintings unframed because our experience is that buyers prefer this part of the art buying left to themselves. But some of our paintings are framed or we can frame them. If you would like to purchase a framed painting, first please inform us which are the paintings you would like to purchase and we will send you more information about them.
